Description of Accident: The aircraft impacted terrain just after takeoff due to crosswind.
Description of Damage: Major damage to tail, fuselage, landing gear and wings. Prop strike with engine partially dislodged.
LogBooks Comment: Log books are available.
Remarks: Highly recommended that you inspect aircraft to view entire scope of damage. So Cal Soaring is open Friday through Monday. Please call ahead to arrange for inspection. Inquiries regarding the condition of the salvage should be directed to the adjuster contact noted above.
