Description of Accident: Aircraft left runway after loss of control.
Description of Damage: Damaged firewall, NLG, airbox and cowl. Rt. rr door post and spar connection point, right wing dent.
LogBooks Comment: In office and complete.
Remarks: Aircraft had firewall replaced a year prior. This airplane has seen it's share of mishaps. Inspection of salvage is highly recommended. Inquiries about the condition of the salvage should be directed to the Adjuster Contact noted above.
