Description of Accident: Hail damage while tied outdoors. Not involved in an accident. Aircraft is currently flyable. Most recent Annual inspection 10/08 at Wisconsin Aviation, Madison, WI
Description of Damage: Moderate hail damage to all flight control surfaces and top wing/fuselage surfaces. Paint and exterior is in poor condition overall.
LogBooks Comment: Logs are complete and will accompany aircraft.
Remarks: Aircraft remains outdoors on the EAST ramp of the Madison, WI (KMSN) Airport. Wisconsin Aviation.
