Engines Comments: Current engine total time is approximate. Last recorded total time was 10/2/97 at 3696 hrs.

Description of Accident: Bird strike.
Description of Damage: Damages include but are not limited to: RH wing leading edge has large dent and stress/buckling on underside. Propeller damaged. Fuselage wrinkled. Door out of alignment and will not shut properly.
LogBooks Comment: Aircraft and engine log books date back to 1966 and 1967 respectively. Last annual inspection 05/2009.
Remarks: INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. AIRCRAFT IS DISASSEMBLED.
