Engines Comments: Impact damage to engine and prop. Engine lost power in flight for unexplained reasons.

Description of Accident: Engine lost power just after rotation. Aircraft was maneuvered over a shopping center and landed in a parking lot. Small wing fire on impact.
Description of Damage: Engine and prop damaged, right main landing gear sheared, right and left wing damage (right wing substantial), evidence of fuselage wrinkling at right door/cabin entry.
LogBooks Comment: Logs are complete and will accompany aircraft at sale.
Remarks: Aircraft is locked indoors. Appointment necessary to examine. Call local contact for appointment.
