Description of Accident: Tornado damage. Tie downs came loose and the plane flipped against a fuel truck.
Description of Damage: Nose wheel sheared off; bent propeller; wings removed for transport; (r)aileron damaged; horizontal stabilizer appears to be separated from the empennage and there is damage to the empennage.

Remarks: Inspecting salvage is highly recommended. Storage facility will not answer questions related to the salvage. Inquiries about the condition of the salvage should be directed to the Adjuster Contact noted above. POH is not available. As is where is.
