Engines Comments:	Engine installed in aircraft on 3/13/03 by builder.
Equipment Comments:	SEE PHOTOS
Description of Accident:	Aircraft lost power shortly after departure resulting in an off field landing.
Description of Damage:	canopy, tail boom, fuselage, prop, wings, RH flap (NOTE: Salvage was stored outside by local authorities before being properly secured at its current location. During this outside storage, the salvage was exposed to rain which may have damaged additional components.)
LogBooks Comment:	Logbooks appear to be complete.
Remarks:	All above times based on time at last annual/condition inspection. Last annual/condition inspection was on 12/9/07. Loss occurred on 10/1/08. INSPECTION OF SALVAGE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BEFORE BIDDING.
