Engines Comments: Overhauled engine installed on this aircraft on 4/20/2007. TT on this engine unknown prior to being installed. Current condition of engine unknown; prop strike.
Equipment Comments: KX 165 TSO, KS 155 TSO, KT 76A, KMD 150
Description of Accident: Pilot lost control of aircraft during landing in gusty conditions; deaprted runway surface and traveled through rocks/dirt before coming to a stop.
Description of Damage: Damage includes but is not limited to: prop, nose gear, lower cowling, muffler, wing tip, floor boards. See photos.
LogBooks Comment: Airframe TT of 5883.4 as of 2/9/10. Airframe logbooks date to 1978. Adlog record keeping used since 2005. Last annual on 2/9/10. Propeller information not well documented.
Remarks: INSPECTION OF AIRCRAFT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. SOLD AS IS.
